the breakfast was good. we asked to change rooms because of the view and the team gave us another room immediately. it's nice that there is a ferry for traveling around. this is super convenient to get around.
I booked months in advance and wanted 2 twin beds. upon arrival, there was only one bed and no decorations. i went to the front desk to ask about this. they told me that i couldn't get the room with twin beds until the following day because the previous guest hadn't checked out yet, and they couldn't decorate the room, because housekeeping was too busy. the front desk experience was quite bad.

The boat service to the city was very convenient. it followed a set schedule, i found it both functional and fun. the breakfast had a wide variety of asian food. i liked the longtail bar by the river for drinks. It had great breezes and a jazz singer at night.
i noticed some areas could benefit from minor updates.

I just loved the hotel's private jetty. It provided convenient transport to main attractions, bypassing street traffic. the various hotel restaurants ensured i never felt the need to leave the premises. the room had daily complimentary water, great. i made use of the gym, it featured three treadmills plus two stationary bikes.
finding a taxi willing to take me to certain spots in the city proved slightly difficult.

the breakfast buffet offers a huge variety of choices, even some gluten-free options, it does cater to many dietary needs. restaurant prices seemed high to me, however, there are plenty of options available. the food tasted superb and fresh.

the staff responded to requests very quickly. at reception, additional staff looked quickly to assist guests in queues. the team constantly delivers beyond expectations, attending to needs promptly, i was impressed. the hotel features an efficient team.

The swimming pool area is large, it includes a call button at each sunbed for fast service. there is a good swimming pool, it also features a shaded section, perfect for relaxation. the hotel has a lovely pool area. It looks very clean.
